Vita Balance Plus: 10 billion bacterial cultures per shot – microencapsulated, with vitamin C and L-glutamine.
One 15 ml lemon flavour shot contains four bacterial strains (Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus acidophilus, L. plantarum, L. salivarius) in microencapsulated form, plus 80 mg vitamin C and 50 mg L-glutamine. Vegan, lab-tested.

When do I take the shot?
15 ml daily, ideally in the morning before breakfast. Keep refrigerated after opening.
