Delivery area
We currently deliver only within the European Union. Delivery to Switzerland, Norway, the United Kingdom or other countries outside the EU is not possible at the moment.
Shipping partners
We ship with DHL and UPS. Which carrier handles your parcel depends on the destination country and the size of the shipment. Parcels to Malta and Cyprus are delivered by DHL only.
All orders are shipped from a warehouse in Germany.
Delivery time
The stated delivery times apply from receipt of payment and refer to working days from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays. Orders received on a working day by 2:00 pm are usually handed over to the carrier the same day.
As soon as your parcel leaves the warehouse, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with a tracking number.
Partial deliveries
If individual items in your order are not available straight away, we will deliver in partial shipments. This does not cost you any extra shipping.
Subscriptions
Subscription deliveries have the same delivery times as one-off orders. Shipping is on us: every subscription delivery ships free – to every delivery area, whatever the order value.
Damaged parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged, please get in touch at hallo@klemons.de with photos of the packaging and contents. We will sort it out with the carrier for you.

You can see exactly which payment methods are available to you at checkout before completing your order. Payment is due when you complete your order. With Subscribe & Save, each delivery is charged automatically to the payment method you chose for your first purchase.
