One wild berry flavour shot gives you 4,000 mg hydrolysed fish collagen type 1 & 3 (1,500 Da), 20 mg hyaluronic acid, silicon, biotin, vitamin C, D3, B5, B6, B12 and selenium. No added sugar, 50 shots per bottle.
