Iron + Vitamin C

Iron + Vitamin C: 14 mg iron bisglycinate with 40 mg vitamin C – for better absorption.

One vegan tablet gives you 100% of the iron reference value as well-tolerated iron bisglycinate, plus vitamin C, which increases iron absorption. Especially relevant if you follow a plant-based diet.

• 14 mg iron (100% NRV) as iron bisglycinate
• 40 mg vitamin C (50% NRV) in the same tablet
• Vegan, one tablet a day
• 120 tablets = 120 days

Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin C increases iron absorption.
