Multivitamin Basic Shot: 13 vitamins, 7 minerals and nine extras – 15 ml in the morning.
One citrus flavour shot covers the complete vitamin B complex, vitamin C, D3, E and A, plus zinc, chromium, iodine, selenium, manganese, calcium and magnesium, topped up with choline, lutein, spirulina, beetroot and more. Drink it instead of swallowing it.

Vitamin C, vitamin D, vitamin B12, folate and zinc contribute to the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin B6, vitamin B12 and folate contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Chromium contributes to the maintenance of normal blood glucose levels.
