Green tea extract 1,000 mg with 50% polyphenols, plus zinc, vitamin C and piperine.
Two vegan capsules give you 1,000 mg green tea extract (Camellia sinensis) with 500 mg polyphenols, 300 mg catechins and 180 mg EGCG, plus 40 mg vitamin C, 5 mg zinc and black pepper extract. Contains 100 mg caffeine per daily dose.

Recommended use: Take 2 capsules daily with 250 ml water and a meal. Do not take on an empty stomach.
